Overview

Inspired by classic 3.75-inch science-fiction and military action figures, this unofficial collector figure features translucent green construction that can absorb light and produce a luminous effect in darker surroundings.

The figure is supplied brand new and assembled with a space-suit-style body, helmeted alien head and an alternative unhelmeted alien head. A translucent long rifle and blaster-style weapon are also included for creating space exploration, extraterrestrial combat and retro science-fiction displays.

Activating the Glow Effect

1. Place the figure beneath a bright indoor light or in indirect daylight to allow the material to absorb light.
2. For a stronger initial effect, expose as much of the figure as possible to the light source.
3. Move the figure into a darkened room or display cabinet to view the glow.
4. Recharge the figure beneath a suitable light source whenever the effect begins to fade.

Changing the Head

1. Place the figure on a clean, stable work surface.
2. Using a correctly sized screwdriver, carefully remove the screw from the back of the figure.
3. Gently separate the front and back sections of the torso. Do not force the two sections apart.
4. Remove the fitted head and position your chosen replacement head inside the torso assembly.
5. Ensure the internal O-ring, waist section, head and both arms are correctly positioned.
6. Carefully bring the front and back sections of the torso together without trapping or displacing any internal parts.
7. Replace the rear screw and tighten it only until the torso is secure. Do not overtighten it.

Compatibility

This figure is designed to complement many retro 3.75-inch science-fiction, military and space-themed action figure displays. It may also suit selected similarly scaled vehicles and dioramas.

Vehicle seats, foot pegs, hand grips and accessory fittings vary between manufacturers, ranges and production periods. Compatibility with every vintage vehicle, weapon or display accessory therefore cannot be guaranteed.

Display Stand Information

The foot holes on these custom figures are smaller than those found on many common vintage peg stands. For additional display support, we recommend using one of our waist-support action figure stands for 3.5 to 5-inch figures. A display stand is not included with this figure.

Collector Notes

This is a custom collector figure rather than an original vintage release. As with custom-produced figures, minor variations in colour, finish or assembly may occur. These small differences form part of the character of a custom collectible.
