Recreate the aftermath of Batman’s battle with Superman using this genuine Hot Toys Armored Batman 2.0 battle-damaged head sculpt. Originally supplied exclusively with the Deluxe Version of the Hot Toys MMS743D63 Armored Batman 2.0 collectible figure from Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, this portrait features heavily distressed armour and a separate rolling-eyeballs system.

The detailed head combines Batman’s damaged metallic helmet with an exposed lower-face likeness of Ben Affleck. Scratches, worn areas and impact damage recreate the appearance of the armour following the film’s confrontation between Batman and Superman.

This is an original Hot Toys component rather than a reproduction head sculpt. It is ideal as a replacement for the Deluxe MMS743D63 portrait or for use in a compatible battle-damaged sixth-scale display.

Product Specifications

Battle-Damaged Finish

The scratches, worn paint, impact marks and uneven metallic finish are intentional features of this battle-damaged portrait. They recreate the condition of Batman’s armour following his confrontation with Superman and should not automatically be considered manufacturing damage.

As each head sculpt is individually manufactured and hand-painted, the exact positioning and intensity of the battle damage, shading and lower-face paint application may vary slightly between examples.

Rolling-Eyeballs System

The separate rolling-eyeballs system allows the direction of Batman’s gaze to be adjusted for different display poses. Move the eyes gently using the appropriate adjustment method and make small changes to each eye until the desired position is achieved.

Never use sharp objects or excessive force around the eyes. An eye-adjustment tool is not included unless it is shown in the product photographs and specifically stated.

No Light-Up Function

This Deluxe battle-damaged portrait uses adjustable rolling eyes and does not contain the USB-powered LED light-up feature. The separate standard die-cast armoured head with illuminated eyes and interchangeable lower faces is a different MMS743D63 component and is not included.

Compatibility

This head sculpt was specifically designed for the Hot Toys MMS743D63 Armored Batman 2.0 Deluxe Version body and neck connection. It is best suited as a direct replacement for the original Deluxe battle-damaged portrait.

Compatibility with the standard MMS742D62 release, earlier Armored Batman figures, other Hot Toys bodies and third-party figures cannot be guaranteed. Connector types, neck dimensions and body proportions may differ between releases.

Quality Assurance

This is a genuine Hot Toys component removed from a brand-new, factory-sealed MMS743D63 Deluxe collectible figure. It has not been displayed or previously fitted to a used figure.

After removal, each head sculpt is individually bagged and carefully stored. It is visually inspected before dispatch to help ensure it reaches you in excellent collector condition.

Minor differences in moulding, paint application, weathering and finish can occur between individual hand-finished collector pieces. These variations are normal and help give each example its own appearance.

Care and Handling

• Handle the head sculpt with clean, dry hands
• Support the head close to its connection when fitting or removing it
• Do not force an incompatible neck connector into the head sculpt
• Adjust the rolling eyes gently using the appropriate method
• Never use sharp objects around the eye mechanism
• Avoid rubbing or attempting to clean away the intentional battle damage
• Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive heat and high humidity
• Do not apply alcohol, solvents, metal polish or household cleaning products
