Overview

Restore the centrepiece of Batman’s powered suit with this genuine Hot Toys Armored Batman 2.0 die-cast chest armour. Originally supplied with the Hot Toys MMS743D63 collectible figure from Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, the chest plate recreates the imposing mechanical armour worn by Ben Affleck’s Batman.

The armour features substantial die-cast construction, layered mechanical sculpting, metallic black and grey colouring and carefully applied weathering. The raised Batman emblem and surrounding armoured panels give the piece a heavily engineered appearance.

This is the standard chest-armour configuration rather than the alternative Deluxe battle-damaged version. It is an original Hot Toys component and is best suited as a direct replacement for the corresponding MMS743D63 part.

Product Specifications

Standard Armour Configuration

This is the standard die-cast chest-armour piece supplied with the Armored Batman 2.0 figure. It features general movie-inspired weathering but does not include the more extensive sculpted damage found on the alternative Deluxe battle-damaged chest armour.

The separate battle-damaged chest armour is not included with this listing.

Die-Cast Construction

The chest armour uses die-cast material, giving it additional weight and a substantial metallic feel. Always support the armour during fitting or removal and avoid allowing it to fall against the figure or a hard surface.

Its metallic finish is decorative and should not be polished or cleaned using products intended for full-sized metal objects.

Compatibility

This chest armour was specifically designed to fit over the Hot Toys MMS743D63 Armored Batman 2.0 Batsuit and body. It is best suited as a direct replacement for the original standard chest plate.

Weathered Finish

The chest armour incorporates intentional shading, surface wear, scratches and weathering inspired by Batman’s powered suit in the film. Uneven metallic colouring and distressed-looking areas form part of the original finish and should not automatically be considered damage.

Small differences in paint application and weathering may occur between examples because the armour pieces are individually manufactured and finished.

This is a genuine Hot Toys component removed from a brand-new, factory-sealed MMS743D63 collectible figure. It has not been displayed or previously fitted to a used figure.

After removal, each chest-armour piece is individually protected and carefully stored. It is visually inspected before dispatch to help ensure it reaches you in excellent collector condition.
