Overview

Complete an imposing Armored Batman display with this genuine Hot Toys Armored Batman 2.0 die-cast head sculpt. Originally supplied with the Hot Toys MMS743D63 Deluxe collectible figure from Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, the armoured portrait combines substantial die-cast construction with USB-powered LED illuminated eyes.

The metallic black helmet features detailed mechanical sculpting, carefully applied weathering and an exposed lower-face likeness of Ben Affleck as Batman. When illuminated, the bright eye panels recreate the intimidating appearance of Batman’s powered armour from the film.

This is an original Hot Toys component rather than a reproduction helmet. It is ideal as a replacement for the original MMS743D63 head or for a compatible premium sixth-scale Armored Batman display.

Product Specifications

USB-Powered LED Eyes

The armoured head contains LED panels that illuminate Batman’s eyes when connected to a suitable USB power source. No batteries are required for the light-up feature.

A USB connecting cable is not supplied with the original collectible and is not included with this listing. Use only a suitable compatible cable and power source, following the original Hot Toys operating guidance.

Disconnect the power when the light-up function is not being used. Do not leave the head continuously illuminated or connected to power while unattended.

Interchangeable Lower Faces

The complete MMS743D63 figure was originally supplied with three styles of interchangeable lower faces for the die-cast armoured head. This listing includes only the face sculpt or face pieces shown in the product photographs.

Do not assume that all three lower-face expressions are included unless all three are clearly pictured. Remove and fit the face sections carefully without forcing their connection points.

Die-Cast Construction

The armoured head contains die-cast material and is heavier than a conventional plastic sixth-scale head sculpt. Always support its weight when fitting or removing it from a figure.

Avoid dropping the head or allowing it to strike hard surfaces. Its weight could damage the head, neck connection, figure body or nearby display pieces.

Weathered Finish

The metallic armour incorporates intentional wear, shading and weathering inspired by Batman’s appearance in the film. Uneven metallic colouring, scratches and distressed-looking areas form part of the original finish and should not automatically be considered damage.

Small differences in paint application, facial finish and weathering may occur between examples because the collector pieces are individually manufactured and hand-finished.

Compatibility

This head was specifically designed for the Hot Toys MMS743D63 Armored Batman 2.0 body and neck connection. It is best suited as a direct replacement for the original die-cast light-up head.

Compatibility with earlier Armored Batman figures, other Hot Toys bodies and third-party figures cannot be guaranteed. The head’s additional die-cast weight must also be considered when using it with any alternative body or display arrangement.

Quality Assurance

This is a genuine Hot Toys component removed from a brand-new, factory-sealed MMS743D63 collectible figure. It has not been displayed or previously fitted to a used figure.

After removal, each head is individually bagged and carefully stored. It is visually inspected before dispatch, and the LED function is checked where practical before the item is securely packed.

Minor differences in moulding, paint application, facial finish and weathering can occur between individual hand-finished collector components.

• Handle the head with clean, dry hands
• Support its die-cast weight when fitting or removing it
• Do not force an incompatible neck connector into the head
• Keep the USB connection dry and free from dust or debris
• Disconnect USB power when the light-up function is not in use
• Do not attempt to adjust the fixed illuminated eye panels
• Avoid rubbing or attempting to remove the intentional weathering
• Keep away from water, prolonged direct sunlight, excessive heat and high humidity
• Do not apply alcohol, solvents, metal polish or household cleaning products
