Overview

Recreate the destructive confrontation between Gotham’s Dark Knight and the Man of Steel with the Hot Toys MMS743D63 Armored Batman 2.0 Deluxe Version. Inspired by Ben Affleck’s appearance in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, this premium sixth scale figure presents Batman in the heavily armoured Batsuit created to confront Superman.

This substantially redesigned 2.0 edition features a newly developed body with enhanced articulation, metallic black armour with selected diecast components and carefully applied weathering. The standard armoured configuration includes a diecast helmet with USB-powered illuminated eyes and three interchangeable lower-face pieces.

The Deluxe Version significantly expands the display options with a separate battle-damaged armoured head featuring independently adjustable rolling eyes, interchangeable battle-damaged armour, a USB-powered light-up Kryptonite spear and a large diorama display base.

A grapple gun, Kryptonite gun, two ammunition pieces and seven interchangeable armoured hands complete this comprehensive representation of Armored Batman’s climactic battle equipment.

Product Specifications

Diecast Armoured Head with Illuminated Eyes

The primary armoured head is manufactured using diecast material and features USB-powered LED eyes. Three interchangeable lower-face components provide a choice of expressions while retaining the heavy mechanical appearance of Batman’s reinforced helmet.

Battle-Damaged Head with Rolling Eyes

Exclusive to the Deluxe Version, the alternative battle-damaged head recreates the damage sustained during Batman’s confrontation with Superman. Its separate rolling eyeball system allows the direction of Batman’s gaze to be adjusted for more expressive display poses.

Interchangeable Armour Configurations

The figure can be presented in a standard weathered configuration or converted into its heavily battle-damaged appearance using the alternative chest, shoulder and left forearm armour. Selected sections of the armour contain diecast material, providing additional weight and a more convincing metallic finish.

Both chest armour configurations are supplied with their corresponding wired cape, allowing the cape to be carefully arranged around the figure. The internal wires should be adjusted gradually and must not be repeatedly bent at sharp angles.

Light-Up Kryptonite Spear

The Deluxe Version includes Batman’s Kryptonite spear with a USB-powered LED light-up function. It can be carried by the figure or incorporated into the specially designed diorama base. A compatible USB power source and connecting cable are required for illumination and are not included.

Grapple Gun and Kryptonite Weapon

Batman’s arsenal includes a detailed grapple gun and Kryptonite gun, together with opened and closed ammunition pieces. Dedicated right weapon-holding hands are supplied to support alternative combat displays.

Deluxe Diorama Display Base

The substantial diorama figure stand is exclusive to this Deluxe release and creates a cinematic setting for the Armored Batman figure. It also allows the Kryptonite spear to be incorporated into the display, recreating imagery from Batman’s battle with Superman.

Factory-Sealed Manufacturer Shipper

This complete figure set is supplied brand new inside its original Hot Toys manufacturer shipper with the factory seals intact. The sealed contents have not been opened or inspected by Action Figure Essentials.

The manufacturer shipper is protective transit packaging and may show light handling marks, small dents or variations in the original factory tape. It is not guaranteed to be collector-grade packaging. Action Figure Essentials never attaches postage labels or additional packing tape directly to the manufacturer shipper. It will always be securely packed inside an additional protective outer carton for dispatch.
