Recreate one of the most memorable sequences from Star Wars: Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back with the Hot Toys MMS766 Chewbacca with Disassembled C-3PO 1/6 Scale Collectible Figure.

Inspired by the events on Cloud City, this highly detailed release depicts Chewbacca carrying the dismantled C-3PO after the protocol droid is recovered on Bespin. The approximately 36 cm Chewbacca figure combines a newly developed head sculpt, articulated jaw, separate rolling-eyeball system and carefully applied fabric hair in multiple shades of brown.

The set includes chrome-finished disassembled C-3PO components, a carrying net, bowcaster, blaster, bandolier bag, interchangeable hands, handcuffs and a themed figure stand. It is supplied brand new in its factory-sealed original Hot Toys manufacturer shipper.

Product Specifications

Chewbacca Portrait and Fabric Hair

Chewbacca features a newly developed head sculpt with a separate rolling-eyeball system, allowing the direction of his gaze to be adjusted. The articulated jaw provides further display possibilities, from a calm expression to a more dynamic open-mouthed pose.

Brown and blonde wool-material hair is applied to the head, while multiple shades of brown fabric hair cover the body. This layered construction recreates Chewbacca’s distinctive on-screen appearance while preserving the articulation required for character poses.

Disassembled C-3PO Display

The included C-3PO components recreate the protocol droid’s dismantled condition during the Cloud City sequence. The parts feature a reflective chrome-style finish and include a battery-operated LED light-up head.

The supplied carrying net can be fitted to Chewbacca so the dismantled components can be displayed across his back, recreating his escape from Bespin with C-3PO in tow.

Please note that the C-3PO components form an intentionally disassembled accessory display and do not constitute a complete standalone C-3PO action figure.

Weapons and Accessories

Chewbacca is supplied with his signature bowcaster, an additional blaster and six interchangeable hands for weapon-holding, gesturing and relaxed poses. The distressed bandolier bag, carrying net and handcuffs provide further scene-building options.

Themed Display Stand

A dedicated figure stand featuring the Star Wars logo and a Chewbacca character nameplate is included. The stand provides additional support when creating standing, action or C-3PO carrying poses.

Factory-Sealed Manufacturer Shipper

This complete figure set is supplied brand new inside its original Hot Toys manufacturer shipper with the factory seals intact. The sealed contents have not been opened or inspected by Action Figure Essentials.

The manufacturer shipper is protective transit packaging and may show light handling marks, small dents or variations in the original factory tape. It is not guaranteed to be collector-grade packaging. Action Figure Essentials never attaches postage labels or additional packing tape directly to the manufacturer shipper. It will always be securely packed inside an additional protective outer carton for dispatch.
