Overview

Return to the dark, snow-covered streets of Tim Burton’s Gotham City with the Hot Toys MMS770 Batman Deluxe 1/6 Scale Collectible Figure. Inspired by Michael Keaton’s portrayal in Batman Returns, this premium figure combines an extensively detailed Batsuit, newly developed character portraits and Batman’s memorable weapons and gadgets.

The newly developed cowled Batman head features Hot Toys’ separate rolling eyeball function and three interchangeable lower-face pieces for creating different expressions. A specialised body with 30 points of articulation reproduces Batman’s imposing physique beneath the newly tailored Batsuit, cape, utility belt, gauntlets and boots.

A separate wingsuit with detailed structural elements allows collectors to recreate Batman’s dramatic gliding appearance. His equipment includes a line launcher with two zip-lines, grapple gun, Batarang, napalm capsules, Batmobile remote and rocket-launch controller.

This Deluxe Version adds a newly developed unmasked Bruce Wayne portrait with rolling eyes, a damaged Batman cowl and a substantial Gotham rooftop diorama base with two interchangeable gargoyle accessories.

Product Specifications

Michael Keaton Bruce Wayne Portrait

Exclusive to this Deluxe Version, the newly developed unmasked portrait recreates Michael Keaton’s appearance as Bruce Wayne in Batman Returns. It features carefully sculpted facial details, individually applied paintwork and a separate rolling eyeball system for adjusting the direction of his gaze.

Cowled Batman Head

The newly developed cowled head includes its own separate rolling eyeball function and three interchangeable lower-face pieces. These alternative expressions allow Batman to be displayed with a composed, stern or more intense appearance while retaining the distinctive shape of the Batman Returns cowl.

Batman Returns Batsuit

The newly tailored costume recreates Batman’s sculpted black armour, chest emblem, utility belt, gauntlets, boots and sweeping fabric cape. A specialised underlying body gives the figure the imposing proportions associated with Michael Keaton’s second Batman appearance.

The costume may restrict movement compared with an uncovered action figure. Always follow the enclosed posing instructions and avoid forcing the shoulders, torso or legs beyond the suit’s natural range.

Detailed Wingsuit

A separate wingsuit with a detailed internal bone-like structure is included for recreating Batman’s wide gliding pose. This is a carefully constructed display component and should be fitted and positioned gently according to the enclosed instructions.

Weapons and Gotham Gadgets

Batman’s equipment includes a line launcher with two zip-lines, grapple gun, Batarang and two napalm capsules. The Batmobile remote and rocket-launch controller add further scene-specific display possibilities drawn directly from the film.

Damaged Batman Cowl

The damaged cowl is a separate Deluxe-exclusive display accessory inspired by the film’s climactic events. It is intended as a loose prop for the rooftop diorama and is not an additional wearable head for the figure.

Gotham Rooftop Diorama Base

The Deluxe Version includes a substantial rooftop-themed display base inspired by Gotham City. Two interchangeable gargoyle accessories allow the appearance of the display to be varied, creating a dramatic setting for either the cowled Batman or unmasked Bruce Wayne configuration.

Factory-Sealed Manufacturer Shipper

This complete figure set is supplied brand new inside its original Hot Toys manufacturer shipper with the factory seals intact. The sealed contents have not been opened or inspected by Action Figure Essentials.

The manufacturer shipper is protective transit packaging and may show light handling marks, small dents or variations in the original factory tape. It is not guaranteed to be collector-grade packaging. Action Figure Essentials never attaches postage labels or additional packing tape directly to the manufacturer shipper. It will always be securely packed inside an additional protective outer carton for dispatch.
