Hot Toys MMS781 X-23 Black Tall Boots with Detachable Toe Claws – 1/6 Scale

This genuine Hot Toys footwear set was originally supplied with the MMS781 X-23 1/6 scale collectible figure from Marvel Studios’ Deadpool & Wolverine.

The pair of black tall boots features detailed sculpting and finishing designed to recreate Laura’s rugged on-screen footwear. Details include layered straps, miniature buckles, laces, metal-coloured eyelets, reinforced toe sections and thick brown treaded soles.

Also included is a pair of detachable toe sections fitted with X-23’s extended claws. These interchangeable pieces allow the boots to be displayed in either a standard appearance or an action pose showing Laura’s distinctive foot claws.

Compatibility

These boots were designed for the narrow straight foot posts fitted to the Hot Toys MMS781 X-23 body. They do not use the standard ball-peg and socket connection found on many other 1/6 scale figure bodies.

They may be adaptable for selected custom figure projects, but compatibility with other bodies should not be assumed. Please compare the foot posts shown on the matching MMS781 body and the available product photographs before purchasing for another figure. Modification or suitable adapters may be required.

Important Handling Information

The detachable clawed toe sections are small display components and the extended claws should be handled carefully. Avoid applying sideways pressure to the claws or using them to support the weight of the figure.

When fitting or removing a toe section, hold the main interchangeable piece rather than pulling or pressing against the claw. The sculpted worn finish and colour variation visible across the boots form part of the manufacturer-applied design.
