Compatibility

These stands are designed primarily for compatible Marvel Legends figures and may also suit selected action figures from other approximately 1/12 scale or 6-inch ranges.

Each base has four graduated peg sizes ranging from approximately 3.2 to 3.6 mm. This provides a choice of pegs for figures with slightly different foot-hole diameters.

Compatibility depends on both the diameter and depth of the foot hole, together with the figure’s weight, pose and individual production tolerances. Some Marvel Legends figures have shallow foot holes and may not seat correctly on these stands. Compatibility with every figure cannot be guaranteed.

How to Fit a Figure

1. Place the stand on a firm and level surface.
2. Inspect the holes in the underside of the figure’s feet and select the peg that appears to be the closest suitable size.
3. Align the chosen foot hole directly above the selected peg.
4. Press the foot straight down using firm but controlled pressure.
5. Avoid twisting the foot or pushing it onto the peg at an angle.
6. Check that the foot is seated sufficiently and that the figure is balanced before leaving it on display.
7. If required, reposition the figure or try another peg that provides a more suitable fit.

Some compatible figures may fit easily, while others may require firmer controlled pressure. Do not continue if the peg is visibly too large, the foot hole is too shallow or the fit appears incompatible.

Important Fit Information

Action figure foot holes can vary between characters, production runs and even the left and right feet of the same figure. The four peg sizes improve the likelihood of finding a suitable option but do not provide universal compatibility.

A peg must be compatible with both the width and depth of the foot hole. A shallow foot hole may prevent the foot from seating correctly even when the peg diameter appears suitable.

For heavier figures, wide stances or demanding poses, additional support may be required. Always check that the figure is stable and that its weight is distributed safely over the base.
