Compatibility

The figure is approximately 3.75 inches tall and is designed to complement similarly scaled vintage Action Force and G.I. Joe figures, vehicles, playsets and dioramas.

Vehicle seats, foot pegs, hand grips and accessory fittings vary between different vintage products. Compatibility with every original vehicle, playset, weapon or display stand cannot be guaranteed.

How to Change the Head

1. Work on a clean, well-lit surface where the figure’s small parts cannot easily be lost.
2. Use a correctly sized screwdriver to carefully remove the screw from the back of the figure.
3. Gently separate the front and back sections of the torso. Do not pull the sections apart forcefully.
4. Carefully remove the currently fitted head and position your chosen replacement head correctly between the torso sections.
5. Make sure the internal O-ring, waist assembly and chosen head are positioned correctly.
6. Return both arms to their correct positions between the front and back sections of the torso.
7. Check that the head, arms, waist and internal components are correctly aligned before closing the torso.
8. Carefully bring the front and back sections together, making sure no parts are trapped or forced out of position.
9. Replace the back screw and tighten it only until the torso is held securely. Do not overtighten it.
10. Gently check the movement of the head, arms and waist before returning the figure to your display.

Important Head-Swap Information

The interchangeable heads cannot be changed by simply pulling the fitted head from the assembled figure. The screw in the back must first be removed and the front and back sections of the torso carefully separated.

Take particular care when repositioning the arms and internal O-ring assembly. All components must be correctly aligned before the torso is closed and the back screw is replaced.

Do not overtighten the back screw, as excessive pressure could damage the screw post or torso. If you are not confident dismantling and reassembling an O-ring figure, we recommend leaving the originally fitted head in place.

Display Stand Information

The foot holes on these custom figures are smaller than those found on many standard vintage peg stands. Do not force the figure onto an incompatible foot peg, as this could damage the foot.
