Add one of the Galactic Empire’s most recognisable informants to your collection with the Sideshow Garindan Sixth Scale Collectible Figure, inspired by the mysterious Kubaz spy’s appearance in Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope.

Moving through the shadows of the Mos Eisley spaceport, Garindan searches for valuable information and the highest bidder. His intelligence-gathering skills lead Imperial troops to Docking Bay 94 as Luke Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi and their companions prepare to escape aboard the Millennium Falcon.

This fully articulated, approximately 30 cm figure features Garindan’s masked portrait with permanently attached circular goggles and distinctive metallic-grey Kubaz snout. His layered cut-and-sew costume includes a hooded black cloak, separate cape, shirt, belt, holster and boots.

Four interchangeable hands, a blaster and black hexagonal display base complete the figure. Garindan forms part of Sideshow’s Scum & Villainy collection and is supplied brand new inside his factory-sealed original manufacturer shipper.

Product Specifications

Imperial Informant on Tatooine

Garindan is a skilled information broker operating around Mos Eisley on Tatooine. Known for selling intelligence to the highest bidder, the Kubaz spy uses his extensive network and ability to move unnoticed through the busy spaceport to monitor visitors and uncover valuable secrets.

After recognising the wanted droids R2-D2 and C-3PO, Garindan contacts the Galactic Empire and directs a squad of stormtroopers towards the Millennium Falcon at Docking Bay 94.

Masked Kubaz Portrait

Garindan’s portrait recreates his instantly recognisable appearance with a long metallic-grey snout, dark mask and circular goggles. The goggles are affixed to the head sculpt and are not designed to be removed.

Layered Cut-and-Sew Costume

The tailored costume combines a dark shirt with a hooded black cloak and separate cape. These layered fabric pieces reproduce the shadowed appearance that helps Garindan move discreetly through Mos Eisley.

A dark belt, fitted blaster holster and matching boots complete the figure’s practical information-broker outfit while allowing access to the articulated body underneath.

Blaster and Communications Display

Garindan includes a blaster that can be displayed in the supplied holster or paired with the dedicated weapon-holding hand. The additional comm-link-holding hand recreates the character reporting the fugitives’ location to Imperial forces.

Scum & Villainy Collection

Garindan forms part of Sideshow’s Scum & Villainy collection, which brings smugglers, pirates, informants and recognisable background characters from across the Star Wars galaxy into sixth scale. He is particularly suited to a Mos Eisley display alongside stormtroopers, Dr. Cornelius Evazan, Ponda Baba and other cantina characters.

This complete figure set is supplied brand new inside its original Sideshow manufacturer shipper with the factory seals intact. The sealed contents have not been opened or inspected by Action Figure Essentials.

The manufacturer shipper is protective transit packaging and may show light handling marks, small dents or variations in the original factory tape. It is not guaranteed to be collector-grade packaging. Action Figure Essentials never attaches postage labels or additional packing tape directly to the manufacturer shipper. It will always be securely packed inside an additional protective outer carton for dispatch.
