Overview

Restore or customise a vintage Star Wars A-Wing with this newly produced replacement sticker sheet. Designed for the vintage-style A-Wing vehicle released during the 1980s, the set provides replacement markings for vehicles with missing, worn, damaged or discoloured original stickers.

Although the vintage vehicle was released as part of the Star Wars: Droids range, the colours used for this custom set have been updated to more closely reflect the A-Wing’s appearance in Star Wars: Return of the Jedi. The revised grey, deep red and cockpit details provide a more film-inspired alternative to the brighter colouring associated with the original Droids release.

The graphics have been digitally prepared for clear printed detail and are professionally produced on gloss-finish vinyl. Each vehicle sticker is pre-cut to shape, allowing it to be carefully peeled from the backing sheet and applied without hand-cutting.

A sticker placement guide is included to help identify the intended position of the main vehicle markings. Additional Rebel Alliance and Palitoy logo stickers are also supplied as optional extras.

ROTJ-Inspired Colour Update

This is a custom replacement set featuring colours selected to give the vintage A-Wing a more film-inspired appearance.

Rather than directly recreating the brighter sticker colours associated with the original Droids release, the markings use a more subdued combination of grey and deep red inspired by the A-Wing starfighters seen in Return of the Jedi.

It is ideal for collectors who want to restore an incomplete vintage vehicle while giving it an appearance that fits more naturally alongside other Original Trilogy vehicles.

Compatibility

This sticker sheet is designed for the vintage-style Star Wars A-Wing vehicle originally released during the 1980s.

Application Instructions

1. Carefully remove any unwanted old stickers and adhesive residue.
2. Clean the application areas to remove dust, dirt, grease and handling marks.
3. Allow the vehicle surface to dry completely before applying the new stickers.
4. Review the supplied placement guide and identify the intended position of each main vehicle marking.
5. Plan the position and orientation of each sticker before removing it from the backing sheet.
6. Use clean tweezers for smaller stickers to improve control and reduce contact with the adhesive.
7. Position each sticker carefully before pressing it firmly and evenly into place.

Once applied, removal or repositioning may damage the sticker or reduce its adhesive strength. Take particular care when applying stickers to aged plastic.
