Overview

Give a vintage Star Wars X-Wing Fighter a distinctive new appearance with this Green Squadron V2 custom sticker sheet. Designed for vintage-style X-Wing vehicles released between 1977 and 1985, this expanded set combines a darker green colour scheme with an extensive selection of alternative markings for restoration, customisation and collector display projects.

V2 uses a noticeably deeper and darker shade of green than our original Green Squadron sticker sheet, creating a stronger contrast with the white, red and yellow vehicle details.

Alongside the main Green Squadron panels, the sheet includes additional Rebel Alliance insignias, identification markings, warning stripes, arrows, symbols and alternative decorative elements. These extras allow collectors to personalise the finished vehicle rather than applying only one fixed arrangement.

Each sticker is professionally printed on gloss-finish vinyl and pre-cut to shape, allowing the individual markings to be carefully peeled from the backing sheet and applied without hand-cutting.

Darker Green V2 Design

This V2 sheet uses a deeper, darker shade of green than our original Green Squadron design. The darker colouring gives the finished vehicle a bolder appearance while retaining the recognisable Rebel Green Squadron theme.

This is an alternative custom design rather than a direct replacement for the original Green Squadron sheet. Collectors can choose the version that best suits their preferred vehicle appearance or use the two designs to create individually marked starfighters within a larger Rebel fleet.

Expanded Customisation Extras

Green Squadron V2 includes a wide range of optional markings for creating a more individual vehicle. Additional arrows, warning stripes, Rebel symbols, identification details and alternative accent markings can be positioned according to the collector’s preferred design.

Not every optional sticker needs to be applied. The additional markings can be mixed and matched to create a cleaner Green Squadron appearance or a more heavily detailed custom starfighter.

Compatibility

This sheet is designed for vintage-style Star Wars X-Wing Fighter toys from the 1977–1985 period. Different versions and production releases may have variations in moulding, surface detail or original sticker placement.

Green Squadron V2 is intended for customisation and restoration. It is not designed to reproduce the standard factory markings originally fitted to the vehicle, and the optional extras do not need to be applied in one fixed arrangement.

Application Instructions

1. Carefully remove any unwanted old stickers and adhesive residue.
2. Clean the application areas to remove dust, dirt, grease and handling marks.
3. Allow the vehicle surface to dry completely before applying the new stickers.
4. Plan your chosen arrangement before removing any stickers from the backing sheet.
5. Decide which optional customisation markings you want to use.
6. Use clean tweezers for smaller stickers to improve control and reduce contact with the adhesive.
7. Position each sticker carefully before pressing it firmly and evenly into place.

Once applied, removal or repositioning may damage the sticker or reduce its adhesive strength. Take particular care when applying stickers to aged plastic.
